Two ways to do sports


 
Playing a sport at the Emac can be done in two ways (linked together): -Students are obliged to play a sport during all the scholar year in the EPS lectures -They can also play a sport as extracurricular hobby or in competition

Compulsory sport


For the 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year students (in initial formation), the sport is compulsory for 30 weeks (from sept to april). Each session lasts 1 hour and fifteen minutes. For the 4th year students (initial formation) and the 2nd year (continuous formation), sport is optional.

You are asked to choose your marked sport at the beginning of the year. This subscription must be done on the school intranet at the beginning of the year.

Extracurricular sport (leisure or competition)

Apart from compulsory sport, students can practice several activities offered by the AS EMAC for leisure or competition. For further information:  A.S. EMAC

For the students who wish to play a federal sport (in club), they have the opportunity to contact the tarnais sporting clubs. The sport house of albi which is located at 500m from the school will offered you the guide of the sportive association at albi. For further information:  CDOS du Tarn  (Olympic and sportive comittee of the Tarn)

Adapted Equipment:

The school is equiped with a large sport complex which allows students to play a lot of sports. Performance and adapted equipments are at student’s disposal.

A gymnasium is open for all students 24/24 thanks to their student card with: 
  • A climbing wall
  • A gym room
  • Dance room
  • Multisport court. (basketball , handball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong...)
Outside, to receive amateurs of outdoor games:
 -tennis courts
 -rugby pitches
 -football pitches
 -basketball courts
