Helping Start-Ups
The incubator is a facility specially designed to help people with an innovative project or service concept to move from the idea stage to a structured start-up project.
What We Offer
An original concept:
immersion in a laboratory
You will be installed at the heart of one of the
School's Research Laboratories.
Technical and Scientific
Support
You will receive:
access to the Research Centre's scientific equipment
assistance from the Centre's team of researchers
access to the Research Centre's network of national and international contacts
access to the Ecoles des Mines group network
Logistical support
Depending on
your specific circumstances, your status as a member of the incubator
provides access to:
the resources enjoyed by the School's student engineers
training offered at the School
the Documentation service
meeting and conference rooms
the Centre's copying and secretarial services
You will be provided with an office and computer, an internet connection and an email address.
Selection
This is a two-stage process:
pre-selection based on an application dossier, followed by
interview with an examining panel.
Results
3 projects currently
enjoy the support of the School's incubator: CAPTHERMIC,
6T-MIC Ingénierie and THERMOTRI
The incubator has
supported 12 projects, leading to the creation of 8
businesses: Saveur Ail, N3DI, SLC, Alpelec, Secalliance, ETC Age,
Metallica and N-GHY.
These start-ups employ in excess of 18 people.
