Practical informations
Grants and other financial support
For grants, various possibilities are available :
- ERASMUS (only for European students) : applicable for a
part of the programme (6 months to one year) corresponding to (or
included in) the Ingénieur degree course, as well as for postgraduate
courses. Applications for these grants should be made through your home
(European) university.
- “Eiffel” grants : they are provided by the French
government after a strict selection process. Application is made in
January (prior to the September entrance) directly by the school you
are applying to.
- Other opportunities : for the Ingénieur Degree course, the Specialised Mastères and the Doctorates, other financial support may be available according to specific procedures. For further details, please contact the person in charge. The Ecole des Mines will apply for you toward another financial support from the French government, in order to cover a part of your housing rental cost (APL).
