Some networks and higher education institutions (programmes, language, semester, date) and agreements allow welcoming the foreign students at EMAC.
Academics exchanges: ERAMUS-SOCRATES
EMAC participates in the European program SOCRATES II "ERASMUS", created to enhance the quality and reinforce the European dimension of higher education by encouraging international co-operation between universities, boosting European mobility and improving academic recognition of studies and qualifications throughout the Union.
As part of European SOCRATES-ERASMUS program, EMAC has signed partnership agreements with Wide Union European (the 27 + Norway + Lichtenstein + Island + Turkey).
It allows making a stay in those universities.

As part of the group of “Ecoles des Mines”, EMAC has co-signed some agreements called « agreements GEM » allowing to welcome foreign students at EMAC.

GE4 (Global Education for European Engineers and Entrepreneurs)
As the Institution is a member of GE4, students from USA, Latina America and Asia can come to EMAC.
CREPUQ (Conférence des Recteurs et Principaux des Universités du Québec)
Emac has signed an agreement with CREPUQ. Students from Quebec can come to EMAC.

EMAC takes part in some bilateral programs as BRAFITEC programme in Brazil allowing to the Brazilian students to be welcomed at EMAC.
DOUBLE DEGREES
As the Institution belongs to the group of the "Ecoles des Mines", it has signed agreements with foreign academic institutions that allows the institution to recruit Bachelor of Science students for a minimum stay of two years. At the end of the optional training they choose, they are awarded the EMAC Engineer Degree, which is the equivalent of the Master Degree (Decree of the 30th of August 99, changed by the decrees of the 8th of April 02 and of the 25th of April 05), and in the case of mutual recognition, they are awarded the Degree of their original Institution (Master of Science Level).
8 agreements for double degrees have been signed in the name of the GEM in order to welcome foreign students of Engineering.
