The school housing can provide an apartment to all EMAC students.
A housing request form is automatically given to the future student incorporating EMAC. Each flat is furnished and has an Internet connexion.
All is done to welcome the students among the eight EMAC residences. In priority, the first year students are housed in Jarlard Campus, near the School.
The others years are spread between the three others residences in the city centre : Gambetta, Jacques Halfon, Temporalité.
The flats
The flats measure about 18 m2 et have their own bathroom and kitchen.
Each have: a desk, a chair, some stools, a bed, 2 tables, a fridge, a cupboard, a bolster, sheets, blankets and an unlimited Internet connexion.
Each residence has a laundry with washing machines and tumble-dryer and one or some card-phone points and TV rooms.
Rent and service charge
Accommodations allow students to request an aid called “Allocation Logement” (housing grant). The rent includes services charges: Internet connexion, electricity, water, fleets changes, and commons properties maintenance.
Personal maintenance is still remaining at tenant’s charge.
